I love the idea that we are evolving into a new type of human. I think that Lynne McTaggart’s intention experiments where thousands of people join together to create peace simultaneously is about as great as you could get. Am I gushing yet? Who cares.
In this talk, Barbara Marx Hubbard interviews Lynne McTaggart and they invite us to hold an intention together. It was an affecting experience to be sure. Check it out for yourself now, it’s free.
Group intentions work exponentially better than individual intentions. They also have a recoil effect in that you get to join the flow of positivity in the universe, and reap the benefits in a physical way. Experience it for yourself:
Check out Lynne McTaggart’s website HERE and join her group intentions. See how the flow of good things increases in your life. You can even subscribe to her regular group intentions newsletter, you get about one per week, and occasionally you get feedback from the subjects of the intentions with their insanely miraculous recovery.

Starting today, a free world summit hosted by the big names of EFT, on the benefits of tapping. Click on the image to register.
Tapping is a very short short-cut to rewiring your brain. Tappers report permanent addiction cessation, the end of PTSD, removal of unwanted mental habits and thought patterns including phobias and compulsions and more.
Personally speaking, I found tapping to be an effective way to get in touch with some very destructive energies and patterns and find resolution. What’s even more amazing is that once you learn the very simple technique, it is totally free and there are no negative side-effects.
If you want to be a clear channel for healing, you need to stop eating and using animal products. End of story. If you knowingly and consciously contribute to animal suffering, you are not aligned with the Light, with a capital Light. If you were waiting for a final push to make you go vegan, baby, this is it.
Besides, over 50% of greenhouse gasses are produced by animal farming. So you also contribute to global warming, as well as animal misery and death every time you open your wallet to pay for meat.
Imagine if every forkful of steak you ate came from a cow raised on grass in a pristine natural environment, and the animal died peacefull and witout any pain. Meanwhile what you shovel into your mouth is contaminated to the max. Eating trash is a brilliant way to tell yourself that you are trash and trash is all you deserve. If my boss only gave me trash to eat, I would surely go on strike, wouldn’t you? If you couldn’t kill it and butcher it yourself, don’t eat it. And yes, I judge. Are you judging me for judging you?
Being vegan is not boring or stupid. Eating meat is not hardcore. You don’t miss out by being vegan, you add to yourself, you add to the world. Actually, I’m not totally vegan, but I am vegan enough. To my mind that counts. And eating milk products and eggs is the same as eating meat. It’s exactly the same industry.
One of the absolute best vegan food blogs out there is Vegan Richa. You will never be hungry or bored at table. Caramelised Banana French Toast, anyone? It’s a monster.
I’ve been studying Buddhism for about 25 years, and I’ve been studying Zen for about 15 years. As a healer, I’m very interested in subtle energies and I’m constantly looking for ways to deepen my practice.
For me, deepening my practice means entering more fully into the flow of my life, surrendering and relinquishing control to my Spirit Guides, finding or even just recognising streams of energy. Definitely, progressively allowing myself to trust more is a big part of my ongoing practice. It’s like learning to un-tense muscles, easing myself into my potential.
Lorin Roche’s Radiance Sutras (Sounds True, Boulder, CO, 2014), a translation of the Bhairava Tantra, opens the mind to the path of liberation in the same way as the Dogen Zenji’s poetry or the Heart Sutra. As the Sandōkai says: “Seekers of the Truth, Do not waste your days and nights in idleness”. Read this book.

“Just wanted to say you are a excellent healer. Don’t know why I feel really peaceful these days. Well I listen less to the radio now so maybe not sure.
I really feel this nice ‘thing’ around me. Maybe it was your nice blanket that gave me the nice symbolic feeling, thank you very much as always. See you next month.”
Thank you so much.
