72 Sigils of Power

If you’re only ever going to buy one book on magic, let The 72 Sigils of Power by Zanna Blaise be the one. I know I’ve said that before but this time I really mean it!

On the picture above you see a sigil printed on a piece of paper which I have semi-permanently installed on my altar. (You also get to see just how awful my poor altar looks at the moment – yes I know I need to refresh those flowers.)

What’s so amazing about The 72 Sigils of Power is that you change yourself and from there your understanding of the world, through direct connection with a G_d name. Talk about inner alchemy. The effect is deep, real, lasting change.

The link for the book is an affiliate link, so if you buy the book on the Amazon site I get 10% of the sale. For more book recommendations, see THIS page on this site.

Tarot Quiz: What Kind of Reader Are You?

Me exuding. A little too much.

Do you want to do Tarot readings in your home? In a cafe? Why? Would you give a Tarot reading while you and / or your client are drunk? Have you ever thought about accepting money for a Tarot reading, and if so how much? When it comes to giving Tarot readings, are you a money-grabbing w…e or an anally retentive saint?

Take the quiz HERE and find out!

New Regular Feedback Event

After the success of the last event, I am offering this as a regular monthly date. Come and exchange a Tarot reading for feedback. This is a supportive, encouraging and trusting group, with an emphasis on skilful reading and even more skilful feedback. Check out the next event HERE

Yokosuka Sunday Street

Save the date in your calendar! If you are in the Tokyo / Kanto area, this is an event not to miss. I’ll be doing the Tarot booth, of course, but there will also be tons of food and drink stalls, craft workshops and a lot more. See you then!

“The lesson of the Tarot is that life and experience are circular and cyclical, and that every state is accompanied by its opposite. The Wheel of life turns inexorably, and it is our task to learn to love our fate, whatever it might be.”

Tarot On Earth

I want to learn how to read the Marseille pips so I bought this book. Having a mini flip-through yesterday, hot off the postie’s moped, it looks fabulous. I’m hosting a Meetup event to discuss this book on the 29th April, in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Check HERE for further info or the Meetup image on any page of this site.

Lynne McTaggart talks to Barbara Marx Hubbard

I love the idea that we are evolving into a new type of human. I think that Lynne McTaggart’s intention experiments where thousands of people join together to create peace simultaneously is about as great as you could get. Am I gushing yet? Who cares.

In this talk, Barbara Marx Hubbard interviews Lynne McTaggart  and they invite us to hold an intention together. It was an affecting experience to be sure. Check it out for yourself now, it’s free.

Thank you, White Fennec Fox

We all have guiding spirits, several of them, that help us throughout our lives. When we want to relate to them closely and we seek them out to communicate with them, they come to us in symbols , visions or dreams, and they help us to understand their natures more easily by showing themselves as animals. You can learn al about this in Ted Andrews’ book How To Meet And Work With Spirit Guides.

One of my beloved subtle energy team members is White Fennec Fox. His particular skill is finding material things of value. Great skill, huh? My darling White Fennec Fox has just helped me to work out how to manifest a chunk of money to get me and my daughter to Europe this summer. How’s that for an MVP? Thank you soooo much, my darling.

PS: If you’re thinking: “Aw, how cute! I want one as a pet”, just don’t. They are much happier in the wild than in your home and are difficult to train. #notapet #dontbeaselfishidiot

I Give You Feedback – Free Tarot Mentoring

Yes, but what does it all mean? Learn to interpret the cards and give Tarot readings that resonate.

The absolute best way to learn to read Tarot Cards is to read Tarot cards a lot, and get feedback. It’s not only what you say it’s how you say it that counts. Also you need to communicate effectively with the client, meaning be a professional and set expectations to stun.

People promise feedback in exchange for readings but sadly don’t deliver, or they don’t give effective feedback that helps you grow as a Tarot reader. It’s hard to get supportive and knowledgeable yet objective feedback in anything, let alone Tarot.

I want to stretch my wings a bit and offer mentoring. So the first 3 people who contact me and ask for mentoring will get just that, for free. The agreement is that you give feedback on my mentoring.

Use the contact form on the About page of this website for further info.

Update:

I’m also hosting a Meetup event on the 11th of March in Tokyo, with peer feedback on Tarot readings, both content and style. If you’re around then, let’s meet and exchange readings and feedback:

Another Update:

I have now selected my three victims, er, I mean volunteers. If you can’t join me in Tokyo on the 11th, and you’d like some one to one Tarot coaching, find out about this new service HERE.
